At Deeside we have created a strong working relationship with our property developers and we are familiar with their reliability and quality. It is our aim to always look for properties and new projects in the areas that represent the best value for money and the prospect of good returns.

The company is owned and managed by the Allen family. It was originally established to advertise the property in the emerging market of Turkey. Alanna Allen (BA) has extensive knowledge of Turkey, Canada, and the Bahamas and worked in the travel and estate agency industry for many years. Kevin Allen has been in the construction industry from hands on building to management level for over 20 years.

We personally travel to handpick the resale’s or off-plan developments and meet with the developers.

Our property portfolio is diverse and represents excellent value for money investments that will bring you years of enjoyment and financial rewards. We are not tied in to any one developer and you have nothing to lose but everything to gain from using our experience.

We provide a customised service, no matter how long it takes, and provide tailor-made viewing trips for you. We will only show you properties that match your requirements and the trips include: return flights, transfers to your 5* hotel and our guide to familiarise you with your chosen area and answer any questions that you may have. There is no hard sell as we believe that the properties sell themselves.

The subsidised viewing trips start from £149 per person which will be refunded when you purchase a property.
